This policy explains how The Pool Connection Thailand handles personal information submitted through its website, customer communications and its private Alicia Email Assistant.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, recommend suitable pool options, prepare estimates or quotations, plan site visits, provide installation and after-sales support, and maintain necessary business records.
When we share it
We do not sell personal information. Relevant information may be processed by service providers acting for the business, or shared with installation, logistics or supplier teams only when necessary to respond to or fulfil your project.
Google API Data
How Alicia Email Assistant uses Google account access.
The assistant is a private business tool used only by authorised representatives of The Pool Connection Thailand.
Access
With the account owner's consent, the assistant may access email metadata, sender details, subject lines, message content and attachments, and may send email from the connected account. It does not require or receive the account password.
Purpose
Google user data is used only to monitor the business inbox, identify and summarise customer enquiries, prepare replies and send responses under rules authorised by the account owner. It is not used for unrelated advertising.
Storage and control
Messages remain in the connected Gmail account. Access credentials are kept in restricted server storage, and limited operational records may be retained for reliability and audit purposes. The account owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and security
We keep information only for legitimate business needs.
Customer information is retained for as long as needed to respond, provide services, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain business records. We use reasonable access controls and security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Contact us about your information.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements. The connected Google account owner can also revoke the assistant's access through Google Account permissions.
